Bataan First District Rep. Antonino Roman has vowed to push further his Cool Iskool Mobile Library as he noted the enthusiasm of the youth in discovering the world through books.
According to Roman, the mobile library which he rolled out when he was still a board member, has been gaining traction across his legislative district

Teachers and school officials recognized the program in strengthening literacy and supporting modern learning approaches inside classrooms, the lawmaker said.
He added that the mobile library will continue visiting more elementary schools in the district.
