A 42-year-old man from Antipolo City, Rizal province reportedly died moments before checking out of a motel in Sta. Cruz, Manila where he had sex with a hooker.
The woman told police probers that they were already dressing up when she noticed her partner having difficulty of breathing, so she sought help from the front desk.

The man was taken to the nearby Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center but was declared dead on arrival. Although it looked like another case of fatal heart seizure, the police are still investigating if there was foul play in the incident.
