As it marks its 50th founding anniversary, the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) Las Piñas Campus celebrates a historic milestone: its inclusion in the prestigious Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2025—an international benchmark for excellence in sustainability and social impact.
UPHSD has joined the ranks of 2,526 universities across 130 countries and territories recognized for measurable contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Las Piñas campus earned an overall ranking of 1501+, demonstrating its strong and ongoing commitment to holistic, values-driven education that addresses the world’s most urgent challenges.
According to Times Higher Education, these rankings “highlight universities that demonstrate comprehensive excellence in contributing to global sustainable development… showcasing their commitment to addressing the world’s most pressing challenges, including environmental sustainability, social inclusion, economic growth, and global partnerships.”
UPHSD President Dr. Anthony Jose M. Tamayo said: “This recognition from Times Higher Education is deeply meaningful as we celebrate 50 years of Perpetual Help in the service of education and health.
