Unlike regular recruits, Special Enlistees are not required to undergo a pre-entry course before enlistment but must complete it within their first three years of service.

This ensures they are fully prepared to contribute to the Navy’s mission while utilizing their expertise to serve the nation. During the ceremony, Captain Ariel S Palisoc, Commander, Navy Personnel Management Center reminded the enlistees that this moment marks the beginning of their journey and urged them to embrace it with dedication and passion for service.
