ALL’S well that ends well. The so-called “palit-ulo” controversy involving a medical center in Valenzuela City has been amicably resolved upon the initiative of Mayor Wes Gatchalian.
Gatchalian said resolution of the case came following dialogues between the Ace Medical Center and the complainants.

Ace Medical extended financial assistance to the tune of P1 million to each of the victims of the alleged lpalit-ulo scam.
One of the victims, a seven year old child, was finally issued its birth certificate. Mayor Wes Gatchalian thanked Ace Medical Center for its voluntary cooperation to help put the controversy to rest..
Meanwhile, the complainant dropped their cases against the hospital in the spirit of the Christmas season.
