The Philippine Army’s 6th Field Artillery “Deadly Accurate” Battalion (6FAB) recently conducted a Pre-Reenlistment and Promotion Board Interview at Camp Siongco, Awang, DOS, Maguindanao del Norte.
According to the Battalion, this initiative featured a combination of face-to-face interviews and video teleconferencing, providing soldiers with essential opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
The event was led by LtCol. Gerry Dadang, the Battalion Executive Officer.
The board evaluated enlisted personnel who were seeking reenlistment and aiming for promotion.
“This rigorous process assessed their readiness and commitment to higher responsibilities,” the Battalion added.
Furthermore, the Battalion stated that reenlistment and promotion are key to boosting morale and retention, ensuring that soldiers remain motivated and prepared for future challenges.
“Together, we strengthen the backbone of our unit and uphold the values of dedication and excellence that define the 6FAB.”
