Korean idol Nancy McDonie has joined GMA Network’s talent management arm, Sparkle Artist Center.
A former member of the popular K-pop girl group Momoland, Nancy officially signed with Sparkle on Monday.
In a post shared on Instagram, Sparkle welcomed the singer-dancer to its family of stars.
“Sparkle proudly welcomes its new international star, Nancy McDonie, to its diverse and stellar roster of talents. Get ready to witness her journey as she shines among the brightest stars in the industry! Welcome to Sparkle, Nancy.”
The 23-year-old Korean-American singer and dancer rose to fame as the lead vocalist and lead dancer of Momoland, captivating audiences with their hit songs “Bboom Bboom” and “BAAM.”
The group disbanded in February 2023.
This makes Nancy the second K-pop artist to join Sparkle, following Lapillus member Chanty who signed a contract in November 2022.
