Last day for election campaign ended with a big bang as Number 50, Ang Probinsyano Party-list brings its roster of celebrity supporters in Sorsogon and Albay, culminating in a Grand Rally in Legazpi City in the evening of May 7, 2022.
“Broken Marriage Vow” lead star Zanjoe Marudo, “Init sa Magdamag” protagonist JM De Guzman, “Las Hermanas” star Jason Abalos, social media superstar Donnalyn Bartolome, and “My Papa Pi” and “Flower of Evil” main star Piolo Pascual performed in the Bicol Grand Rally in Sawangan Park, Legazpi City for Number 50, Ang Probinsyano Party-list.
Zanjoe Marudo and Jason Abalos serenaded the Bicolanas with their ballads and OPMs. JM De Guzman showcased his guitar and singing skills through acoustic numbers. Donnalyn Bartolome sang, danced and rapped to her self-penned hits “Kakaibabe” and “O.M.O.” which the younger audience enthusiastically sang to.
When frontliner star, Piolo Pascual came out, the huge crowd went wild with frenzy. He sang the songs meaningful to his career: “Mangarap Ka” and “Hawak Kamay”
This is Papa Pi’s first time to endorse a political candidate in his entire 28 years of career in showbiz. Addressing the large crowd, he shared: “Actually sa totoo lang, ngayon lang ako nangampanya dahil naniniwala ako sa plataporma ng Ang Probinsyano Partylist. Nabalitaan ko lahat ng programa na nagawa nila, hindi lang sa imprastratura kundi sa edukasyon, pati sa kalusugan. Yun po ang dapat nating iboto di ba? Anong number ang iboboto natin?
