The Marcos Sara Duterte Alliance (MASADA) will enlist poll watchers of political parties allied with the BBM-Sara tandem to conduct vote protections operation to secure and protect the digital file of photos of election returns at the precinct level.
The Masada Operation Secure Accurate Data (MOSAD) has been launched to counter possible election fraud.
Masada national lead convenor and DOE Undersecretary Benito Ranque cited the need to prevent fraudulent activities that can sabotage the election results. Ranque said poll watchers of all political parties supporting the BBM and Sara tandem will share their copies of election returns for picture-taking of Masada volunteers.
The MOSAD system will be the fastest vote tracking and can stand as legal evidence for any fraud during the transmission of election results, Masada said.
Ranque said that political parties cannot rely on their copies of election returns because the material used is a thermal paper which will fade in two to three days.
Mayor Sara Duterte on Friday meanwhile thanked a large group of cooperatives for supporting her and her presidential running mate.
“Lubos po akong nagpapasalamat sa suporta ng National Coalition of Cooperatives in the Philippines sa aking kandidatura pagka-bise presidente at sa pagka-presidente ni Bongbong Marcos,” Duterte said in a statement.
Duterte cited the importance of cooperatives in nation-building.
“Ang ating mga kooperatiba ay kasama ng ating pamahalaan sa pagbibigay ng oportunidad sa mga komunidad sa pamamagitan ng pagpapalakas ng ating mga micro, small, and medium enterprises o MSMEs na isa sa mga haligi ng ating ekonomiya,” Duterte said.
She promised that UniTeam would take steps to strengthen cooperatives in the country, if it wins the people’s mandate in Monday’s elections.
“Asahan po ninyo na mas pagtitibayin pa natin ang mga batas at mga programa na magpapalakas sa inyong mga kooperatiba upang mas marami pa tayong buhay na maiangat sa kahirapan. Pagsusumikapan po ng UniTeam na ang inyong suporta at pagtitiwala ay masuklian ng taus-pusong paglilingkod at serbisyo sa ating bayan,” Duterte said.
