Motorists should brace for another round of pump price increases of petroleum products in the coming week, according to projections by Unioil Petroleum Philippines.
In its fuel price forecast for February 8 to 14, 2022, Unioil said the price per liter of diesel may increase by P1.10 to P1.20.
Gasoline prices, meanwhile, may go up by P1.00 to P1.10 per liter.
Oil companies usually announce price adjustments every Monday, to be implemented on Tuesday.
Effective January 25, fuel firms hike gasoline prices by P1.45 per liter and diesel by P1.90 per liter.

Year-to-date adjustments stand at a total net increase of P4.95 per liter for gasoline and P7.20 per liter for diesel.
