Team Malapitan once again took the lead in Caloocan’s new third congressional district, based on the latest survey.

Incumbent Councilor Dean Asistio got 68 percent in the last survey conducted by RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc., way ahead of his opponent, former Mayor Recom Echiverri who got 27%.

Asistio, who is on his third term as city councilor, is Team Malapitan’s candidate to be the first representative of the Third District to Congress.

Asistio also led Echiverri by almost double in the survey conducted by Actual and Comprehensive Evaluators, Inc, with 63% against the latter’s 33%.

In the same survey, incumbent Mayor Oca Malapitan was Number 1 for 1st District congressman, with a double-digit advantage over Councilor Alou Nubla.
