Tropical Depression “Bising” hovers over Surigao del Sur

Tropical Depression “Bising” is located 515 kilometers east of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur as of Saturday noon.

It packs maximum sustained winds of up to 45 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of 55 kph.

“Bising” is forecast to move northwest at 11 kph.

PAGASA has not raised any tropical cyclone warning signal.

The tropical depression is not expected to make landfall.

Forecasters say, “Bising” will bring moderate rains in Visayas, Mindanao, Quezon and Bicol.
