PNP Chief Ronald Dela Rosa reports, police have arrested the fourth suspect in the planting of a bomb near the US Embassy in Manila.

He says the person is now undergoing investigation.

Dela Rosa also reveals that an ammunition for a 105mm Howitzer was seized from the suspect and this was the type of material the five terror suspects had intended to use on November 28, 2016.

“Ito yung para sa kanyon, yung may gulong (this is for the cannon, the one with wheels),” he explained.

He says, the explosion from the improvised explosive device (IED) used in the foiled bombing could reach areas up to 75 to 80 meters away and about 300 persons could have been killed.
