Duterte zeroes in on rule of law during speech at NBI

President Rodrigo Duterte is speaking at the 80th Founding Anniversary of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

His speech at the NBI Gymnasium in Manila on Monday afternoon is centering on the rule of law.

He says, “I would like to follow the rule of law. But when shabu came in fast, we have to make a choice. We innovate the law, the rule of law or we let our people suffer.”
