Kerwin Espinosa’s safety guaranteed

PNP Chief Ronald Dela Rosa says, suspected drug lord Kerwin Espinosa will be brought and detained in Camp Crame once he arrives in the Philippines.

Espinosa is facing deportation in Abu Dhabi and questions on his safety are brought up following the death of his father, Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa while in detention in Baybay City last Saturday.

In an ambush interview in Malaysia, Dela Rosa promised, “sigurado buhay yon. Hindi mamamatay. Ako ang bahala.”

President Rodrigo Duterte has also promised safety for the younger Espinosa.

He also says, there are just some legal proceedings being done before Kerwin is released to Philippine authorities.

Duterte said, “its not easy to deport a guy na illegal doon. There are just rules to be followed.”
