Cops to get 14th month pay next week

The Philippine National Police (PNP) is ready to give the 14th month pay to policemen all over the country by next week.

PNP Deputy Director for Comptrollership Chief Supt. Boyet Detran says, the fund for this purpose is scheduled to be released on November 18, 2016 or on Friday next week.

The PNP’s allocation for 14th month pay is worth a total of P 3.4 billion.

Detran says, aside from the 14th month pay, cops will also receive an additional P5,000 cash gift and another P 5,000 for productivity enhancement incentive.

Detran says, policemen, including non-uniformed personnel, stand to receive all these monetary bonuses.
