Pacquiao returns home

Senator and World Boxing Organisation (WBO) welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao has returned home.

He arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) at about 4 am Tuesday.

Pacquiao said he is grateful to Floyd Mayweather Jr. who watched the Pacquiao-Jessie Vargas match at the ringside in Las Vegas last Sunday, upon the senator’s invitation.

Pacquiao has been urging Mayweather to fight him for a second time.

The two fought for the first time in May 2015.

Pacquiao hopes Mayweather will come out of retirement next year.
