PNP National Capital Region Office (NCRPO) Director Chief Supt. Oscar Albayalde describes the observance of All Saints’ Day in Metro Manila as "generally peaceful."

He says, there have been no untoward incident reported so far.

Albayalde also observes the absence of overcrowding in cemeteries on Tuesday.

He says, this may be because many people already visited the tombs of their departed loved ones as early as Monday, October 31, 2016.

The PNP estimates, the number of people who have gone to Manila North Cemetery in Manila since this weekend has reached about a million.
