The Sandiganbayan has ordered the suspension of Camarines Sur Second District Representative Luis Raymund Villafuerte Jr.
The suspension stemming from a graft case is effective for 90 days.

The anti-graft court also directed House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez to enforce the suspension order.
Villafuerte allegedly allowed the payment of P 5-million to Naga Fuel Express Zone without prior bidding when he was still governor.
