The computers of all Land Transportation Office (LTO) are offline on Thursday morning.
The LTO is advising the public to reset their trips to the agency's outlets.
Since 8 in the morning, LTO computers have been experiencing ‘systems failure.’
The glitch is coming from the agency’s IT data center.
This means that LTO will not be able to serve the individuals who are processing their vehicle registrations and drivers' licenses.
Ordinary persons trooping to LTO are often dismayed by technical glitches that interfere with the operations of the agency.
