North Korea's top education official executed: Seoul

North Korea's education minister has been executed, South Korea said Wednesday.

This comes following reports of high-profile executions in Pyongyang.

"Education minister Kim Yong-Jin was executed," Seoul's Unification Ministry Spokesperson Jeong Joon-Hee said during a regular press briefing.
