Alleged drug supplier of showbiz celebrities killed

A man allegedly supplying illegal drugs to personalities in show business was killed in a police operation in Laguna.

The fatality was identified as Alvin Comerciante.

He died after he reportedly fought with policemen who were serving a search warrant to him in Adelina Subdivision, San Pedro, Laguna.

Comerciante also allegedly sold illegal drugs to diplomats.

He was also tagged as a hitman for drug lords detained at New Bilibid Prison (NBP) in Muntinlupa City.

Aside from Comerciante, an unidentified person was killed in the encounter.

Christine Padilla, said to be the live-in partner of Comerciante, was arrested during the operation.
