2025 Tesla Model Y facelift revealed in PH

Following its online debut earlier this year, Tesla Philippines officially launched the highly anticipated 2025 Model Y facelift, showcasing the updated electric crossover at Shangri-La Plaza in Mandaluyong City with the RWD version priced at PHP 2.369 million and the AWD variant at PHP 2.689 million.

Customers who had pre-facelift Model Y orders were upgraded to the refreshed model at no extra cost, and those who ordered last month can expect deliveries as early as April 2025. Now, the public can experience the updated Model Y in person until March 9, 2025.

The 2025 Model Y features a “Cyber Design” inspired by the Cybertruck, highlighted by a new cross-light bar at the front. A unique taillight design, utilizing an indirect reflective body panel, adds a futuristic touch. The RWD model sports 19-inch alloy wheels, while the AWD variant gets 20-inch alloys.

Inside, the minimalist cabin retains its sleek design, featuring a 15.4-inch touchscreen display for infotainment and vehicle controls, including Dog Mode, Sentry Mode, and Tesla Arcade. Real-time traffic and weather updates are also available. The RWD model has a 9-speaker sound system, while the Long Range AWD model boasts a 15-speaker system with a subwoofer.

Enhanced cabin quietness is achieved through double-layer glass on all windows, and the panoramic glass roof now offers improved UV and heat protection. The Model Y offers a generous 2,130 liters of cargo space with the rear seats folded.

The Model Y RWD, powered by a single electric motor, accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 5.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 201 km/h, with a WLTP range of 466 km. The dual-motor Model Y AWD Long Range achieves 0-100 km/h in 4.3 seconds, with the same top speed, and a WLTP range of 551 km.

Customers placing orders now can expect deliveries by the end of Q2 2025.
