Century Properties Group (CPG) recently presented to Olympic gold medalist Hidlyn Diaz the PHirst Park Homes house and lot prize in the community she personally handpicked, PHirst Park Homes Batulao in Nasugbu, Batangas.

Diaz was given the option to choose from all PHirst Park Homes locations in north and south Luzon, which includes Tanza, Cavite; Lipa and Nasugbu, Batangas; San Pablo and Calamba, Laguna; Pandi, Bulacan; Magalang, Pampanga; and more recently, General Trias, Cavite; Baliwag, Bulacan and Tayabas, Quezon.

Welcoming her into the PHirst Park Homes community were CPG and PHirst Park Homes executive chairman Jose E.B. Antonio, CPG president and CEO Marco R. Antonio, and PHirst Park Homes president Ricky M. Celis (Shown in photo).

Adding a special moment to the ceremony was the presentation of a tribute to the Olympian, in which the Unna – a two-storey single-attached home with 54sqm of floor area and 88 sqm of lot area – was renamed the Hidilyn home. “As a tribute to the honor that you have given every Filipino, we are officially naming our UNNA unit into HIDILYN… the name that has brought pride to the Philippines and the Filipino people,” Celis said. Diaz  received a commemorative plaque (Inset) from PHirst Park Homes during the  handover.
