Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO) recently upgraded its residential projects in the province of Pampanga. The developer is offering two new house models for the second phase of its Horizon Residences in San Fernando city (shown here).

Strategically situated in Barangay Del Carmen, the project is within two kilometers from the city’s major establishments and the San Fernando NLEX exit.

Built on a 3-hectare property, the Horizon Residences Phase 2 offers tropical homes in a low density neighborhood with only 90 units.

Horizon Residences Phase 2 offers single detached units with a floor area of 70 sqm, and single attached units with floor area covering 81 sqm.

The units sit on 110 sqm lots. Pueblo de Oro also launched the  La Aldea Fernandina II Blue Series (Inset), also in San Fernando. The project has 181 three-storey, or ‘loft’ units, and 96 two storey units.
