Starting Sept. 16, 2021, only vaccinated individuals will be allowed to enjoy dine-in services in Metro Manila, which is under Alert Level 4 – the second strictest level under the government’s new community quarantine system. Trade Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat said diners must present their vaccination cards.
