Costa Del Hamilo Incorporated (CDHI), developer of SM Prime’s beach resort communities, recently broke ground for Sola at Pico De Loro Cove, its first horizontal real estate project in the seaside sanctuary of Hamilo Coast in Nasugbu, Batangas.
Sola includes a hotel, beach and country club, as well as mid-rise residential buildings. With lots ranging from 300 to 436 square meters per cut, Sola allocates 40 percent of open space dedicated to three themed central parks, kids play areas, meditation zones, and a bike lane encircling the subdivision’s amenity core.
The 2.7 hectare residential development has a projected turnover of end-2023. “This groundbreaking event is a step closer to realizing our vision of establishing a complete premier beach resort community,” said SM Leisure Resort Residences Group, executive vice president Shirley C. Ong. Sola is a one-and-a-half-hour drive from Manila, down Cavitex and the Ternate–Nasugbu Highway.
