Sleek, stylish, and packed with relevant features, Fitbit’s soon-to-be available fitness and wellness tracker is a fashionable addition to its lineup of wearables.

Fitbit Luxe features a breakthrough design with soft, gentle shape inspired by the human body and a jewelry-like look and feel. According to Fitbit, a modern take on traditional jewelry-making techniques was applied using an innovative design process called metal injection molding to create Luxe’s stainless steel case, “providing the warmth expected of handcrafted jewelry, all while delivering a level of precision needed to enable its advanced sensor technology”.

The company used a metal vaporizing technique on the soft gold and platinum finishes to provide a truly premium look and feel. It also partnered with Laguna Beach-based jewelry brand gorjana for  Fitbit Luxe Special Edition in soft gold stainless steel and swim-proof silicone peony band. Other bands are available.

The stylish tracker also features a sleek, buttonless design and the brand’s thinnest touchscreen to date. Its battery lasts up to five days, enabling users uninterrupted access to its tools and other features a couple days before it needs recharging.

Its Stress Management Score provides daily assessment of the body’s ability to handle stress based on activity levels, sleep, and heart rate. Users with Fitbit Premium subscription receive a detailed breakdown on their score including information on exertion balance, sleep patterns, responsiveness (fight or flight).

Luxe users also get insights into their well-being in the Fitbit app with the Health Metrics dashboard which tracks breathing rate, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate (RHR), skin temperature variation, and, coming soon, oxygen saturation (SpO2). Understand sleep quality with Sleep Score.

Additional health tools include food, hydration, and weight logging, and menstrual health tracking. The new blood glucose logging feature in the Fitbit app allows users to track their blood glucose levels to see how they change throughout the day.

In addition to health and fitness features, Luxe has key convenience and smart features like alarm, stopwatch, and timer. Stay connected and up-to-date with customizable call, text, and smartphone notifications, and set bedtime reminders or use do not disturb when it’s time to focus.

Luxe will be available starting June at Fitbit.com and major retailers such as Digital Walker, Lazada, and Shopee at P8,490 with a six-month Fitbit Premium trial valued at P3,114. The gorjana for Fitbit Luxe Special Edition will be retailed at P12,990.
