Manila Mayor Francisco ‘Isko Moreno’ Domagoso and Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna talk to a victim from the recent Parola compound fire inside the Jose Abad Santos High School in Binondo Manila on Wednesday. The victims received relief goods and P10,000 cash assistance from the City Government of Manila.
