D.M. Wenceslao and Associates, Inc. (DMWAI) was picked recently to represent the Philippines in Architecture@20 – a yearbook that features projects located in modern cities across the Asia Pacific such as China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Two of the developer’s commercial mixed-use projects, (Aseana) Parqal and Aseana Plaza, made the enviable grade.
The five-hectare mixed-use Parqal (shown in photo) was designed by AEDAS, an international architecture and design firm in collaboration with local architecture heavyweight, Visionarch.
Aseana Plaza is a four-tower office development with modern contemporary architecture.
