The Department of Trade and Industry, in partnership with the United Nations Development Program in the Philippines, inaugurates the Enhanced Manufacturing of Protective Wear and Equipment for COVID-19 Response in the Philippines or EMPOWER PH project, a collaborative online platform to connect various stakeholders and manufacturers to facilitate and accelerate the production and distribution of personal protective equipment in the country.
