Joey Radovan recently joined JLL Philippines as vice chairman.
Reporting to country head Christophe Vicic, Radovan will focus on building the firm’s position in the market, and strengthening key client relationships in Philippines.
He brings more than two decades of experience spanning across commercial real estate providers.
Most recently, he was at Santos Knight Frank, where he represented the US-based bank, according to the S&P Global, in completing the single largest build-to-suit office lease transaction located in Bonifacio Global City for 70,000 sqm in 2018.
JLL has been operating in the Philippines since 1997 as a 100% wholly-owned entity, and currently manages about 5.3 million square meters of real estate with a workforce of over 1,300 employees.
