In today’s episode of Wish Ko Lang!, Sunshine Dizon and Gabby Eigenmann are joined by Klea Pineda and Kelvin Miranda in a story about a family struggling to survive a tragedy.
For the whole month of October, Wish Ko Lang! is featuring fresh episodes of heart-warming stories on family. Sunshine and Gabby share the things they would go an extra mile for when family is concerned.
Sunshine says being a mother spells the difference. “When I gave birth to my kids via Cesarean Section,” the Kapuso actress considers this as the sacrifice she never thought she’d be able to do for her family.
While his work as an actor takes much of his time, Gabby says he has learned to make his family his priority. “Minsan dahil sa trabaho ‘di mo mapagtugma mga schedule kaya may milestones akong nami-miss sa kids ko. But I make sure family is first.”
In the story, Mirriam (Sunshine) and Allan (Gabby) only want to provide their children, Harrold (Kelvin) and Claire (Klea), a house they can call home. Life is tough and Mirriam’s family is working hard to make ends meet.
But an earthquake strikes and destroys the humble abode they are trying to build. To make things worse, the quake causes a huge sinkhole that swallows Mirriam’s house, putting her entire family in grave danger. Will they be able to survive this misfortune?
