The internet went into frenzy when Alden Richards and Nadine Lustre posted pictures of their enviable abs on social media.
Alden committed himself to fitness two years ago and is reaping the positive results of his hard work and discipline.
“I wanted to make sure that I can be confident about myself when I’m on and off cam. I made it a point to work out even if I’m busy. I’m thankful for the people who were honest enough to tell me I had to go on a diet, if not for them, I wouldn’t have worked so hard,” said Alden.
Nadine’s slim figure is a result of her being a fitness buff for years; she loves to run and maintains her sexy figure by eating right.
“When I am at the top of my game, I can do anything. That is why I am choosy with what I eat and make sure I exercise regularly,” Nadine commented when asked what keeps her motivated when she works out.
