With its commitment to serve real Chinese food, The Empress Dining Palace has tapped Master Chef Lam Pui Hung, who hails from Hong Kong, to ensure that any dish coming out of the kitchen carries the taste, aroma and elegance of a true Chinese cuisine.
The Empress serves an extensive menu of classic Cantonese cuisine and selected dishes from the Northern region, from mouth-watering appetizers and savory, tender meats, down to its highly prized seafood roster and delectable dim sum choices. It also offers an impressive range of refreshments and desserts.
The new authentic Chinese restaurant also offers a special menu called Celebrations Menu, an eight-course meal uniquely curated by Chef Lam for each milestone such as birthdays, reunions, and more.
Aside from scrumptious food, the establishment offers a good quality of service and sophisticated ambiance.
A step inside the newly opened restaurant makes guests instantly feel regal—with guaranteed attentive service from its professional staff. The main dining hall can accommodate 108 guests, while its VIP rooms can hold up to 48 guests and the conference rooms up to 18, both providing privacy and a dedicated service host.
Every corner of the Empress exudes elegance what with its various refined artwork adorning the walls, the stately hand-painted beam at the center, and refined tableware handpicked from China.
The Empress Dining Palace is located at 7th Avenue, Bonifacio High Street, BGC, Taguig City. It is open for lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on weekdays. On Saturdays and Sundays, it serves all day from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
