Ortigas & Company, in partnership with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), recently unveiled the IBP Tower, a 27-storey building along Doña Julia Vargas Avenue corner F. Ortigas Jr. Road. The tower solidifies the developer’s foray in the office space market, following the offices in Estancia at Capitol Commons, Ortigas Building at the heart of Ortigas central business district, and the business and knowledge process outsourcing (BPO / KPO) firms housed in Transcom Center and Silver City at Frontera Verde. The IBP Tower has a 1,363 sqm. floor plate with retail spaces on the ground and 10th floor. At the launch were (from left): incoming IBP national president Atty.
