Anchor Land is ostensibly targeting the niche market of Filipino-Chinese families who want to stay close to their ancestral homes, while enjoying amenities not otherwise available in Binondo. One of its projects is the 39-storey Princeview Parksuites along Quintin Paredes street which offers units from studio-sized up to 4 bedrooms. Another is the 39-storey Oxford Parksuites, a reflection of the successful formula of Wharton Parksuites. Adding to the gentrification of the district is the 63-storey Anchor Grandsuites along historic Masangkay Street in Binondo.
