At the heart of every sustainable community, there must be small-to-medium enterprises that provide goods and services—and even employment opportunities—to residents and other folks residing in the vicinity. Acknowledging this, Amaia Land Corp., a top-of-mind real estate developer, makes sure that its thriving residential properties support different kinds of livelihood while offering access to major retail establishments.

Amaia Land has, to date, leased out 90 percent of its retail space in various Amaia Skies and Amaia Steps projects throughout Metro Manila, assuring homeowners of a comfortable living experience even as it offers quality, affordable homes.

Amaia Land offers retail spaces for food establishments, water refilling stations, kiosks, and other franchises

Retail outlets such as PureGold, 7-Eleven, and Ministop—as well as service establishments like Banco de Oro and Bank of the Philippine Islands—have set up their businesses in different Amaia Skies and Amaia Steps communities. Meanwhile, spaces that range in size from approximately 23-square meters to 350-square meters remain available for food establishments, water refilling stations, kiosks, and other franchises.

Amaia Skies Cubao, for instance, has leased out 80 percent of its leasable area of 214-square meters located across from STI University. With a laundry shop, water refilling station and an eatery set to open, daily services are now at the resident’s doorstep.

Amaia’s prime spaces, key locations, and fine incentives make it attractive to retail businesses. All Amaia retail spaces offer 90 days free rent to its residents and prospective entrepreneurs. This explains why, at Amaia Skies Avenida, which is near hospitals, an LRT station, and a variety of shopping and dining establishments, 100 percent of its retail area has been leased out.
