Naturopathic doctor, entrepreneur, and human performance expert Dr. James Rouse is all set to energize audiences at the 2016 Healthy Options Talks dubbed “Vitamins of Life: Eat, Think, Move, Thrive.”  The wellness event will unfold on Oct. 18 atShangri-La Fort, in cooperation with world-class gym, Kerry Sports.

Wellness expert Dr. James Rouse will give a talk on making simple lifestyle shifts to improve health

Rouse and his wife Debra have long been empowering people to take charge of their health and discover their innate healing capability. As Rouse conveys in the book, Think Eat Move Thrive: The Practice for an Awesome Life, the daily practice of thinking, eating and moving, when mindfully and proactively integrated and embraced with each passing day, can benefit people in a huge way.

Rouse, also a healthy lifestyle expert, and his wife do not merely speak about wellness. They live health, vitality and wellness. In every health forum he serves as guest speaker, he does not tell the audience something he and his wife do not do themselves.

They are busy doctors and entrepreneurs with numerous work commitments, yet they make sure they spend time nurturing friendships, enjoying meaningful family moments, exercising, and putting quality food on the table every day and night. They opt to have work-life balance, and strongly encourage other people to reclaim their awesome lives today.

Making simple lifestyle shifts, Rouse noted, can diminish the impact of toxins and can naturally keep the body in balance.
