Premium Italian streetwear brand Hogan is coming to the Philippines in October, opening its first store at Duty Free Philippines’ premium outlet, Duty Free Luxe in Mall of Asia, Pasay City.
“We are extremely honored and proud to welcome Hogan into our luxury offer,” said DFP chief operating officer Vicente Pelagio Angala.
Duty Free Luxe was developed, Angala said, “to house the most upscale travel retail offerings in the country.”
The store hosts a number of major fashion brands such as Hugo Boss, Furla, Coach, Longchamp, Kate Spade, and Michael Kors, among others.
“It is surely a momentous occasion for Hogan to be opening its very first travel retail store at Duty Free Luxe,” said Suh-hee Park, Tod’s Group’s head of sales for Asia Pacific.
Hogan was founded in 1986 and is part of Italian luxury group Tod’s Spa.
Park added, “We are proud to be serving the international travelers and customers of Luxe with our ‘Made In Italy’ sneakers, making their traveling effortlessly cool and comfortable.”
For its launch, the store will highlight Hogan’s Cold North: autumn/winter 2019/20 collection, which drew inspiration from the North Pole with reference to the hiking world and glaciers.
Some of the Italian brand’s patrons include Bella Hadid, Gigi Hadid, Chiara Ferragni, Julianne Moore, Jessica Alba, Jackson Wang, Ryan Reynolds, and Presley Gerber, among others.
