As the country battles a pandemic with stay at home measures, accessing basic goods and other items has significantly popularized delivery and outsource shopping services.
In a bid to cater to the needs of consumers while limiting movement of people outside, SM Aura Premier launches its Aura Concierge, Aura Shopper, and Get and Go services.
Shoppers who want to know the availability of items in store can contact Aura Concierge through Facebook Messenger (@SMAuraPremier). The service also answers to any mall queries customers may have.
Meanwhile, those who prefer to have their items shopped and delivered to their doorsteps may book an Aura Shopper. SM Aura has partnered with Angkas to provide personal shoppers who will directly communicate with customers on items needed to be purchased.
To use the service, simply click the Aura Shopper option on Messenger, fill up a form, and personal shopper will be designated to each customer. Once the shopper has completed the order, they will deliver the items directly to customers on the same day.
Finally, Get and Go is a food pick-up service that allows customers to order from the list of open establishments at Aura, contact the restaurant, arrange for payment, and pick up their orders when they drop by or drive through the mall.
Awaiting guests are culinary specialties from Cibo, Banana Leaf, and Paradise Dynasty; southern fried chicken at KFC, as well as delightful desserts from Mary Grace, drinks from Starbucks, Chatime, and Merry Moo. Wine bundles from Wine Depot are also available through this option.
Shoppers can also order and pick up their essentials from ACE Hardware, Watsons, SM Supermarket, Baby Company, and GNC at the designated pick-up point located at the main entrance along McKinley Parkway.
