Seda Hotels is set to reopen refreshed rooms and upgraded amenities this July in three of its key locations: Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, Cagayan de Oro City, and Davao City.

The urban lifestyle hotel brand under Ayala Land Hospitality said the updates are part of a broader effort to offer more intuitive and comfortable spaces for modern travelers. Paloma Urquijo, creative director at Ayala Land Hospitality, said the redesign focused on “creating spaces that are more aligned with how people travel today,” emphasizing comfort and relevance for both guests and staff.

The updated properties now offer improved guest rooms, new dining concepts, and service rooted in Filipino hospitality. Seda Hotels said the refreshed experience aims to maintain a sense of familiarity for repeat guests while enhancing comfort and service for business travelers, tourists, and staycationers.
