Raising happy and healthy kids

Parents go through great lengths in giving their children the best. On top of every parent’s priorities is their kids’ happiness, the second—but just as important—is their health, especially during their formative years.

Children’s milk brand Nestokid Four believes that food, such as milk, is just one of the key components to raise a happy and healthy child, hence it encourages parents to complement proper nutrition with nurturing environment where they can play, imagine, and bond with loved ones.

The brand’s newest endorser and proud mommy of two, Melai Cantiveros-Francisco agrees, saying, “I learned from experience with Amelia, that proper nutrition should go hand in hand with a happy home.”

“I really think it makes all the difference, lalo na ngayon na nakikita ko kung gaano siya ka-confident sa school at kung gaano kadali sa kanya makipagkaibigan. Daig pa ako sa pagiging Ms. Congeniality! (I really think it makes all the difference, especially now that I can see how confident she is at school and how easy it is for her to make friends. She’s better than me in being Ms. Congeniality!),” she enthuses.

As the brand highlights proper nutrition, it emphasizes the importance of choosing the right milk. Nestokid Four is specially formulated with L. Comfortis, a probiotic that helps strengthen tummies to provide better digestion and help in absorption of nutrients, making sure that kids get the nutrition they need during their growing-up years.

Moreover, it is packed with 24 vitamins and minerals among which are protein, vitamin A, vitamin D, calcium, iron, and DHA for overall growth and development.

To exhibit the importance of combining proper nutrition with a fun and nurturing environment, Nestokid Four staged the Grow Happy Nation event at Midtown Atrium of Robinsons Place Manila on July 14-15 and at SM City Dasmariñas Cavite Activity Center on July 21-22.

Parents and kids had fun learning about growing happy through four interesting interactive stations, namely: Laro (Play), which allowed kids to be physically active through a friendly game of ring toss; Likha (Art), gave participants the freedom to express themselves through lines and colors; Musika (Music), challenged kids to a fun game of musical chairs with a twist, and Nutrisyon (Nutrition), which reminded parents about the importance of raising happy, healthy kids through a storytelling video.
