Recipe Rules: Blended fare

Blenders are no longer only for smoothies and other blended beverages, they are now used in the kitchen for other dishes – at least those that are high-powered and of high quality.

Australian appliances brand Breville recently introduced the latest addition to its collection of kitchen equipment, the Fresh and Furious Blender. The blender features one-touch controls, high-grade parts, and functions such as the Kinetix Blade and Bowl-Hugging System which promises fast and even blending, and its Green Smoothie Option.

Breville invited Chef Waya Araos of  Gourmet Gypsy Cafe and Gypsy Baguio and  Margo Flores of the Coffee Home Brewers Facebook Community, along with other guests to its launch event where they created their recipes using the new blender.
