Edsa Shangri-La’s Gourmet On the Move Mother’s Day at Home Set menu features a delectable spread of salmon coulibiac, roast chicken casserole with red wine, seafood paella with chorizo and scallops, quinoa and feta stuffed roasted bell peppers, potato lyonnaise with gruyere gratin vegetables, a selection of cupcakes, and chocolate lava with chocolate sauce. This five-person set is available at P3,700 nett for the whole month of May.
The hotel also has a special Mother’s Day Filipino-themed Afternoon Tea Set at P1,700, specialty cakes, and a gift hampers filled with treats starting at P2,500 net.
