Hitting two birds with one stone, Alaska Milk Corporation offers discounted milk products to its consumers while helping those in need.
The milk brand will donate 10 percent of total profits made throughout its month-long 10.10 sale to Filipino families heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
“As a nation, we have seen many lose their lives and livelihood. But some have it worse than others,” laments Harvey Uong, managing director of Alaska Milk Corporation.
He continues, “As a brand, we want to stay true to our promise of nourishing Filipino families with the goodness of quality yet affordable milk. This is why we’re having the Alagang Alaska 10.10 Sale. This initiative provides moms who continue to find ways to nourish their families with easier access to our products by making it more affordable through discounts. It will also help us raise funds which will go to helping those who are heavily affected by the ripple effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.”
The sale, which started on October 6, continues on the brand’s official Lazada and Shopee accounts. Up to 50 percent is slashed off the prices of Alaska Milk products including Alaska Ready-to-Drink Milk, Alaska Fortified Powdered Milk Drink, Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream, Alaska Classic Condensed and Evaporated Milk, and Alaska Evaporada and Condensada.
