Consistency and flavor are important in cooking—and of course, quality is a much welcomed addition.

Celebrity “chefmom” Rosebud Benitez demonstrates recipes made using high-quality and wholesome product that promises great flavor, juiciness and tenderness, and consistent cuts in her newest e-cooking series on YouTube.

Entitled “US Pork, Eats the Best,” it features the exported US Pork made of pigs fed with “quality US corn and soybean” that its makers said “give it a unique sweet taste, juiciness, and tenderness.”

Benitez cooked US Pork Belly Casserole and US Pork Spareribs Sinigang with Watermelon.

“What I love about the US Pork is that the pigs were grain-fed to perfection so it’s definitely a high-quality and delicious meat option for hearty dishes. As a chef, using US Pork in the food I cook is also a lot more convenient with its consistent primal and new pork cuts,” shares Benitez.

The pork, brought into the country by local meat importers, is guaranteed by stringent food safety standards monitored by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Another USDA agency, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, also checks and operates livestock health and welfare programs. Both agencies are recognized by the Philippines’ Department of Agriculture and the National Meat Inspection Service.

Its exporters said in a statement that US Pork is nutrient-rich with a relatively low calorific value. Aside from providing protein, pork is also a source of vitamins B6, B12, niacin, riboflavin, and iron.
