Shake Shack’s well-loved chicken sandwich Chick’n Shack is now available in the burger chain’s Manila outlets starting today, July 10.
“Since we introduced the Chick’n Shack in Brooklyn, guests have been asking us to bring it to all Shacks, and we couldn’t be more excited to finally do so in the Philippines,” said Shake Shack culinary director Mark Rosati.
The Chick’n Shack is made of 100 percent all-natural and antibiotic-free chicken breast, slow-cooked in a creamy buttermilk marinade, hand-dipped into Shack-made batter, dredged through seasoned flour, and crisp-fried.
It is then topped with pickles, lettuce, and a tangy Shack-made buttermilk herb mayo made with chives, parsley, and thyme, and served in between soft potato rolls.
Those who want their chicken sandwich with a kick can add the Louisiana hot sauce.
The Chick’n Shack is now available at Shake Shack Megamall and Central Square.
