The company offers locally sourced coffee beans from Curve Coffee Collaborators, a native roaster and distributor of Philippine specialty coffee. Five blends available include Maisog, Atin Ito, Balisong, Italian, and Dayuhan. Each blend is distinguished by its unique flavor notes and bean origins.

Homemade ready-to-drink cold brew coffee in 250ml bottles are also part of the delivery list. These brews are available in three flavors: Black Mamba Coffee Concentrate, Mestiza Brew (coffee and white chocolate), and Mocha (coffee and dark chocolate).

Equilibrium has also included Dilmah Tea’s range of ethical teas and Torani flavored syrups in the merchandise lineup.

“For now, you may not be able to chat with the barista or sit on your favorite spot in your favorite café, but you can still have your usual ‘coffee run’ at home,” says founder and chief executive Cherry Cruz.

Cruz said orders are prepared by qualified staff who underwent strict food sanitation and handling orientation. They also strictly observe social distancing and safety precautions as they service the orders.

As a show of appreciation to medical frontliners, Equilibrium donated coffee, teas, and ready-to-drink beverages to doctors, nurses, and staff at Asian Hospital, San Lazaro Hospital, and Research Institute for Tropical Medicine.
