Cupcake lovers can learn how to ice like a pro as bakeshop M Bakery offers in-store cupcake icing classes beginning August 17.
During the two-hour sessions, held every Saturday of the month, students will learn the intricate art of designing cupcakes from flat top icing, inscription making, piped flower designing, to making filled cupcakes, which is popular in gender reveals, debuts, and themed parties.
Participants will also get to learn about M Bakery’s signature swirl, a coveted technique that has been trademarked in the US back in 2012 and takes over 40 hours of practice to perfect.
Students get to take home six cupcakes they decorate during class. Aside from weekend classes, M Bakery also offers special scheduled classes for families, friends, and companies that want to use these classes for team-building exercises.
A class is offered to individual participants at P2,500; group reservations of at least 10 participants get discounted rates.
